Singapore-Chengdu Technology Business Matching Event was successfully held at the SSCIP International Service Center. It concluded with the release of 8 technology requirements lists from Singaporean companies in specialized fields such as architecture and construction, material management, environmental services, and material chemistry.
Representatives from organizations such as Enterprise Singapore, IPI Singapore, SSCIP as well as Singaporean companies including Startup X, InnoForge Ventures, Market Approach, Wunderfolks, and IJK Capital Partners, along with nearly 60 guests from local Chengdu industry associations, technology companies, and investment institutions, participated in the event to discuss potential collaborations.
At the start of the event, relevant officials from the Chengdu Productivity Promotion Center gave a systematic presentation on Chengdu’s science and technology innovation environment; SSCIP gave a special presentation on its park positioning and industrial layout.

The Eventec(成都越凡创新科技有限公司) showcased its latest achievements in the field of smart robotics during the corporate roadshow segment. The company has partnered with Singapore’s Changi Airport, where its building delivery service robot Xiangdi and the indoor-outdoor integrated delivery robot Eventec Lubao have been put into operation, becoming an important part of the smart airport construction, attracting attention from new enterprises.
Startup X, a Singapore-based global market entry and venture growth platform, shared its experience in helping international startups scale across regions. The company supports founders through market access, ecosystem connections, and cross-border expansion strategies, enabling startups to enter new markets such as China and Southeast Asia more efficiently.
The relevant official from the Chengdu High-tech Zone International Cooperation and Investment Promotion Bureau stated that Eventec’s expansion into Singapore represents an important step for local Chengdu technology companies entering the international market. The roundtable forum focused on Opportunities and Challenges in the Cooperation between Chengdu and Singapore in Smart City and Sustainable Technology. Guests from 维度穿梭Loopool (Chengdu) Technology Co., IPI Singapore, 魔力奇MolyCureAI., and Angge Group participated in discussions on topics such as technology standard alignment and cross-border application scenarios.
Following the roadshow, the B2B matchmaking session was in full swing at the SSCIP Service Centre, with participating company representatives eagerly taking the eight technology requirements list released during the event.
A representative from the Xiamen University Innovation Research Institute in Sichuan Tianfu New Area stated, “Several of our professors’ research interests perfectly align with Singapore’s needs for ‘outdoor autonomous leaf collection robots,’ and both sides immediately arranged for further in-depth discussions.”
During the discussions, several Singaporean companies expressed a clear willingness to further collaborate. Startup X will visit the SSCIP to explore bilateral cooperation, including promoting the establishment of Singaporean startups in Chengdu and facilitating Chengdu companies’ investment in Singapore. IJK Capital Partners showed strong interest in Chengdu’s growth-stage technology companies, hoping to leverage the Singapore-Sichuan platform to explore cross-border investment opportunities.

Startup X and Wunderfolks, two Singaporean companies, visited the SSCIP on April 15. They toured the International Reception Hall, Robot Park, and the Singapore Innovation Center, engaging in discussions with park representatives. The focus was on attracting quality Singaporean startups, assisting park companies in expanding to Singapore and Southeast Asia, organizing international innovation events and competitions, and establishing Singaporean business brands in Chengdu, enhancing practical cooperation between China and Singapore.
