Strengthening Singapore–Chengdu Collaboration Through SSCIP International Service Network
We are proud to mark a major milestone in our global expansion with the official opening of our China office, the Singapore–Chengdu Hi-Tech Innovation Centre, hosted within the SSCIP International Service Center on Friday, 23 January 2026. Through this initiative, InnoForge Ventures is establishing a strong presence in both Singapore and Chengdu, fostering cross-regional cooperation while supporting business growth and innovation-driven expansion across both regions. As the representative of the SSCIP International Office in Singapore, InnoForge Ventures plays a key role in strengthening this international service network, facilitating mutual collaboration and cross-border business engagement between Singapore and Chengdu through SSCIP and the Chengdu High-Tech Zone.
A New International Service Hub in Chengdu, what does it entail?
Located within the Sincapore-Sichuan Hitech Innovation Park (SSCIP), the SSCIP International Service Center aims to deliver one one-stop comprehensive, fully-integrated service support across three core areas:
- Government Services:
The center pioneers a multi-department, multi-level service model across city, district, and street levels. Through a dedicated one-window, bilingual service point, supported by four bilingual guides and 24-hour self-service government terminals, domestic and international companies can conveniently process 349 government affairs items, including incorporation, business licenses, immigration, taxation, and real estate registration.
- Industry Services:
As the operational “engine” of SSCIP, the cross-border industrial service corridor brings together institutions in the full industry ecosystems including financial institutions, trade associations, law firms and tech incubator etc. Six service terminal platforms covers overseas trade in services, cross-border finance, international talent, and international intellectual property to provide full-chain, full-life cycle support for overseas companies establishing and scaling their presence in China.
- Lifestyle and Well-being Services
Beyond business, the center fosters a strong sense of community and belonging. Purpose-built spaces — including partner display areas, salon exchange zones, the Nanyang Products Market, Nanyang Coffee Bar, and a Southeast Asia-themed library — provide cultural familiarity and people-centric services. Access to top-tier healthcare is also supported through leading Grade A Tertiary (3A) institutions, including Chengdu Third Hospital, ensuring quality medical care for partners and visitors.
The SSCIP has already attracted more than 100 foreign enterprises, including Singapore’s NCS, Kason Group, and AstraZeneca etc.
our Role: Your Singapore Gateway
As the operator of the Singapore branch of the SSCIP International Service Center, Innoforge serves as a trusted, local gateway for Singaporean companies. We bridge the gap between Singapore and the Chengdu High-Tech Zone by providing high-touch, onsite expertise and essential resources.
Our role is to:
- Facilitate Direct Government Liaison: We act as your direct bridge to government authorities, streamlining regulatory navigation and fostering stronger institutional relationships.
- Accelerate Market Access: We lower entry barriers through strategic business matching and tailored market entry services, enabling seamless engagement with SSCIP and cross-border partners.
- Offer Infrastructure & Human Capital: Gain access to secure coworking spaces and a curated pipeline of tech talent to scale your operations efficiently.
- Unlock Financial Support: We guide enterprises in identifying and securing funding opportunities and government grants to fuel expansion and innovation.
- Enable seamless engagement with SSCIP and Singapore-based partners
- Lower entry barriers for cross-border collaboration and market entry
- Support Singapore enterprises in exploring partnerships, market entry, and expansion opportunities within the Chengdu High-Tech Zone
Importantly, our physical office within the International Service Center allows us to provide on-the-ground coordination, faster issue resolution, and closer collaboration with local stakeholders, thereby bridging distance with presence.
